Work has started on Calle Isabel la Catolica from Calle el Conde to Calle Padre Billini. Also Arzobispo Meriño is closed to Calle Restauracion. The entire stretch of Arzobispo Meriño is closed. Arzobispo Portes, Luperon, E. Tejera and Restauracion are all closed between Merino and Isabel la Catolica. Some of the roads that are open have limited access.
