The Ministry of Agricultural announces the National Farmers’ Fair 2014 Saturday 15th thru Sunday 23rd of March in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic/ Ministerio de Agricultura anuncia La Feria Agropecuria Nacional 2014 sábado 15 al domingo 23 de marzo en la Ciudad Ganadera, Santo Domingo, República Dominicana. The Ciudad Ganadera will be open from 8AM to 12 midnight.
This years theme is “The New Generation Producing for Export” / “La Nueva Generación Produciendo para la Exportación”

The event will be dedicated especially to encourage the youth of the country in the vocation to work and produce wealth in domestic fields and will demonstrate the high potential of the exporting the agricultural of the Dominican Republic.
The visitors to the Ciudad Ganadera will be able to purchase produce and products at great prices. Visitors can see first hand the farming techniques. There will be about 700 animals from different breeds and species. There will also be food sales, art and lots of other great and fun activities for the entire family to enjoy together. There will also be lectures, educational tours and animations prepared to raise their knowledge of production and consumption.
Ciudad Ganadera is located on Autopista 30 de Mayo, Route 2 (the end of Avenida George Washington), Calle San Juan Bautista, Santo Domingo.
