The guys that stole the manhole covers were caught. Someone took a video of one of the robberies and the license place number was visible and they got the thieves.
Seems that the robbers were storing the tops in a patio in Cuidad Nueva which is next to Colonial Zone. They put the guys in prison for 3 months. Now we have to wait and see how long before the covers are put back on the dangerous open holes in the streets of Colonial Zone.
