Santo Domingo on the Malecon from Malecon Centro to the Obelisco Macho – The big one! – Sunday, March 2 at 10AM with a Grand National Carnival Parade Regional./ domingo 2 de marzo con un Gran Desfile Regional del Carnaval Nacional. There will be 180 troupes from 31 provinces. 10am. Frederick Martinez (El Pacha) is the King of Carnival and the Queen is former Miss World, Mariasela Alvarez. Marina Casa de Campo in La Romana will have their Carnaval de la Marina celebrations on Saturday 22 starting at 4PM. This years carnival is in honor of Juan Francisco Vásquez (Juampa).

Carnival Bonao Every Sunday in Feb. starting at 2PM on Avenida Duarte and ending with a show in Parque La Delicia. The kick-off of all the Provincias Carnival celebrations is on Saturday Feb.1 at 8PM in Parque Las Flores in Villa de la Hortensias. Saturday 15 – 8PM – Los Teke Teke, El Jeffrey y Jay Sebastian – Parque Las Delicias.

Santiago – Carnaval Santiago is on Saturdays and Sundays in February, culminating with the final parade on the 23rd. It will be televised on channels Teleunión, Telemedios, Canal 25, Canal 29 Teleuniverso and Súper TV 55 at different times.

Carnaval de Constanza – This year the Constanza Carnival will promote the culture of the area, the folklore, the wealth and agro-ecological. There will be activities on Wednesday and Friday of each week and on Saturday and Sunday starting at 1PM with the carnival groups, and artistic activities will be conducted throughout the month of February.
Punta Cana Carnival – Saturday March 8, 2014 with more than fifteen of the top carnival troupes starting at 4PM. At 7:30PM there will be a concert marking the official end of Carnival 2014 in the country. More info http://www.puntacana.com/
Carnaval of Santo Domingo Este – Taking place on Avenida España on the corner of Avenida 26 de Enero on Feb. 9, 16 and 23 – The bands planed for this year include Sergio Vargas, Sexappeal, Vakeró, la Nueva Escuela, El Jefry, el Chiquito Team Band and more.
Santo Domingo and National District Provinces – Every Sunday in February, Carnival Stops in the Capital in different areas. The mayor of Santo Domingo today announced that this year’s carnival will be held at Avenida Máximo Gómez between Avenidas José Contreras and George Washington on February 9, 16 and 23.
